- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪On 6/5/2017 I checked in with the receptionist as I always do... she could not find me on the appointment schedule...so I waited patiently as she scrambled and said I am not showing you have a appointment today. I said very nicely to her I got a confirmation call yesterday and I also have my appointment card in my wallet... SHE LOOKED UP AT ME AND SAID VERY RUDELY AND LOUDLY I'M NOT SAYING YOU HAVE TO GIVE ME THE APPOINTMENT CARD AND WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TO ME ABOUT WHY SHE COULD NOT FIND MY APPT. ... I FELT VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AFTER THAT...SHE THEN SAID OH HERE YOU ARE AND DID NOT THINK SHE NEEDED TO APOLOGIZE AS i DID. I REALLY LIKE CHRISTY JOHNSON AND IF WOULD NOT BE FOR THAT FACT I WOULD NEVER RETURN BECAUSE OF THIS RECEPTIONIST AND HER HORRIBLE ATTITUDE!!!!!!!!!June 01, 2017by Lisa Arceneaux
