  I've only been to the Fairfield location so I can't speak for Vacaville but this is by far the worst kind of medical group you could ask for. I had an appt at 4:30 that I was running behind on- I walked in 4:32, at which point they told me they might not be able to see me because I was late. Mind you they didn't talk to me until 4:51 so how they know exactly what time I walked in or even had an appt for is beyond me. Then the rude receptionist tells me that we're 30 min into. 45 min ultrasound so they're gonna cancel Me. Umm...you didn't talk to me until 25 min after my appt. how is it my fault that you're 30 min into the appt? This is precisely the point my husband when the rude lady tells him she doesn't appreciate his attitude. Then when I told them I refused to leave, they came up With some stupid reason why they couldn't take my doctors referral. Luckily the doctor was still open and they set that one straight for her. But conveniently, due to THEIR mistakes, I was now "at the end of the line so they could accommodate people who had all their business in order" (ummm ok....?) so they could see me at some point after 6. Not at 6- at some point after. Gee thanks. We didn't have anything else to do today besides wait for you. Do yourself a favor and ask your doctor for a referral somewhere else. If this is the kind of stress they put a pregnant woman through- I don't want to know how they treat everyone else.
